Overview

Wolevo is a concierge and forwarding service. We do not own or stock the items we purchase and ship on your behalf. Returns and refunds are coordinated with the original retailer according to their policies.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clothing must have tags still attached

  • Defective electronics may be opened, but must include original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

Free Returns (Item at US Warehouse)

Returns are free while the item is still at our US warehouse. We will coordinate the return with the retailer on your behalf. If the retailer offers free returns, there is no cost to you. If the retailer charges a return fee, that fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives at our US warehouse damaged or defective, we immediately contact the retailer and begin processing a return on your behalf at no cost to you. You will be notified of the issue and any expected delay in delivery.

Order Cancellation
  • Before the item ships from our US warehouse: full refund after the retailer credits us

  • After the item has shipped to your country: cancellation is not possible

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned regardless of condition: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and digital goods. The retailer’s own policy may have additional restrictions.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (mobile money, card, or digital wallet) in the same local currency amount you paid at checkout. The exchange rate from your original purchase applies.
